Will the hardware fade? We use high-quality plated hardware with anti-rust treatment, which resists fading under normal use. However, prolonged contact with sweat, perfume, or chemicals may affect the finish. We recommend avoiding such contact and wiping with a soft cloth regularly.

How do I clean a canvas bag? Spot clean with a soft brush and mild detergent. Rinse and air dry in the shade. Avoid machine washing and direct sunlight to prevent deformation and fading.
Orders & After-Sales How soon do you ship orders? In-stock items typically ship within 24-48 hours. Pre-order items ship as indicated on the product page. You'll receive a tracking SMS or email once shipped.
Can I return or exchange a bag? Unused bags in original condition are eligible for 7-day hassle-free returns or exchanges. Please keep tags and packaging intact. For personal reasons, return shipping is at your expense. See our "After-Sales Service" page for details.
Do you offer a warranty? We provide a 3-month warranty (some styles offer longer, as noted on the product page) covering hardware, stitching, and other defects under normal use. Damage from misuse or normal wear and tear is not covered.
